Services for Jodie Williamson, 66, of Bourbon, MO, were conducted 12 noon, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Matt Dudley officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
Visitation for Jodie will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday evening at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan and continuing on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
Jodie was born on December 27, 2016 in Bourbon, MO to the late John and Lucille (Ryerson) Ernie. She attended and graduated from Bourbon High School. On June 28, 1969, she was united in marriage to Gene Williamson in Sullivan and they were blessed with four children. Jodie was a stay at home Mom; loving and nurturing to her family. She was known for her natural sense of humor, her big heart and her ability to light up a room. Jodie loved flowers, antiques and animals. She possessed an enduring faith and deep love for the Lord.
Jodie is survived by her husband; Gene Williamson of Bourbon, children: Robert Williamson and wife Jessica of Bourbon, Ronnie Williamson of Bourbon, Ryan Williamson and wife Jennifer of Sullivan, Makenzie Williamson of Bourbon; one sister, Darlene Bell and husband Stanley of Bourbon; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jodie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Ernie, Jr., and two sisters, Bonnie Immekus and infant sister, Della Faye Ernie.
Jodie passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
