Jasper Lloyd (Bud) Bouse, age 91, Sullivan, MO passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Mercy Hospital.
He was born May 21, 1925 in Sullivan, MO to William and Bertha Bouse. Bud was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II, receiving the purple Heart and two Bronze Stars. He was united in marriage to Helen G. Tourville on February 5, 1944 in Muskogee, OK. Bud worked as a plumber for the Corp of Engineers, retiring in 1987. Bud enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding, he was an avid outdoors-man.
Survivors include three children, Cheryl Sue Sparks and husband Carl, Branson, Ron Bouse and wife Sheila, Springfield, and Sandra Chadd and husband Dan, Camdenton, MO; four grandchildren, Randy Sparks and wife Rosann, Robin Greenwood and husband Jeff, Tom Treece and wife Denise, Deana KinKade and husband Jim; six great grandchildren; one sister, Fairy Bryan, Sullivan, MO; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Helen Bouse; parents, William and Bertha Bouse; and his twin brother, Arvil Floyd Bouse.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery Springfield, Missouri.
