Ann Kuhn
Ann Lea Kuhn, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the age of 72 years.
Ann was born in St. Louis, MO on November 28, 1942 to the late Melvin and Majel (Slayback) Siebert. She taught many years, starting in 1979, as a fifth grade teacher with the Bourbon School System. Before she taught as an elementary teacher, Ann taught in pre-school.  She retired from teaching in 2002 and had afterward, substituted for a time. She was also a member of MSTA.  Ann was known as a giving person who genuinely cared about her students. She was passionate about reading, history and sharing the gift of knowledge with her children, grandchildren, and students.  Ann enjoyed flower gardening, crafting, and especially loved animals.
She is survived by three daughters, Sarah Kuhn of Sullivan, MO, Nora Hager and husband, Chad, of Columbia, MO and Laura Kamler of Topeka, KS; four granddaughters, Lauren and Claire Hager, Amanda and Emily Kamler; other relatives and friends. Ann was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Siebert.
Funeral services were conducted at 7 p.m., Wednesday evening, March 11, 2015 from the Eaton Funeral Home, Clark Street location, in Sullivan, MO. Visitation was held from 4 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan. Cremation followed the services.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
