Rick Lilley of Bourbon, MO, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016 at the age of 60.
Rick Thomas was born on March 6, 1956 to Howard R. and Joan L. (Travis) Lilley in St. Louis, MO. Rick grew up and attended school in Staunton, IL after his parents moved there. He worked as a Paramedic before he met and married Lisa Pinnell in Sullivan in 1977. They had five children together. Rick worked various jobs however, he loved the outdoors and trapping was a passion of his. He also enjoyed reading all kinds of books including; Louie L’Amour and Stephen King. Rick had a great sense of humor and kept everyone laughing.
He is survived by three sons; Josh Lilley and wife Jessica of Staunton, IL, Jamie Lilley and Amy Bishop of Litchfield, IL, Jared Lilley and wife Kristin of Bourbon, MO, two daughters; Jessica Goings and husband Jason and Jasmine Lilley all of Bourbon, MO, 13 grandchildren, two brothers, Gary Lilley and wife Carol of Staunton, IL, Gene Lilley and wife Julie of Livingston, IL, two sisters; Terry Salas and Lorraine Mathenia and husband Roger all of Rolla, MO, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Joan Lilley.
Rick’s wishes were to be cremated. A private family gathering will be held at a later time.
All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
