Carl B.” Hunts” Donaldson, Jr., of Leasburg, MO, passed Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the age of 61 years.
“Hunts” as he was known by family and friends was born on August 8, 1954 to Carl B. Donaldson, Sr. and Shirley Marie (Woodward) Donaldson Breitweiser in St. Louis, MO. Hunts attended school and lived in St. Louis until 20 years ago when he made his home in Leasburg. Hunts worked as a handyman for various people in the area, usually for free. He did most everything including; cutting and bailing hay, fixing fence, running a tractor, carpentry work and working cattle. He would lend a hand to anyone in need. In his spare time, Hunts enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his mother; Shirley Breitweiser of Leasburg, MO; his father and step-mother, Carl B. Donaldson, Sr. and wife June of Iberia, MO; two brothers, Michael Donaldson of High Ridge, MO and Jerry Donaldson of Wentzville, MO; his two dogs, Beast and Buddy; other relatives and friends.
Hunts was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bernie and Alice Donaldson
Graveside services were conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Lea Cemetery, Leasburg, MO with burial to follow.
All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
