Wayne Janish of Sullivan, Missouri passed away on Friday at the age of 75 years, six months and seven days.
Mr. Janish was born at St. Louis, Missouri on May 6, 1940 to Fred and Mildred (Pointer) Janish. On November 24, 1960 he was united in marriage to Mildred Herbert at St. Louis and to this marriage two daughters were born. Wayne was employed as a cement mason and enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved to hunt deer and fishing. However, his to devotion was that to his family whom he loved and cherished. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a retired member of the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association Local 527.
He is survived by two daughters; Jane Crosby and husband, Ted, of Gerald, Missouri and Tammy Reid and husband, Jay, also of Gerald; two brothers, Don Janish and wife, Doris, of Union, Missouri and Dale Janish of St. Louis, Missouri; one sister, Dolores Robinson and husband, Bob, of Beaufort, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Tabetha Jones and husband, Darrin, Jason Figgemeier, Tiffany Huesgen and husband, Nick, Tianna Tracy and husband, Nick, Dakota DeBroeck, Courtni Crosby and friend Matt and Amber Crosby; five great-grandchildren, Derek, Emmett and Camri Jones, Jayci Kolb and Aubriana Waters; brother-in-law Harry Herbert of St. Louis; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Along with his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; one brother, Edward Janish; a sister, Adele Janish and a sister-in-law Mary Rieger.
Visitation for Mr. Wayne Janish was held from 4 p.m. -7 p.m., on Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with cremation to follow. Private graveside services were held in Schmidt Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
