Bruce Edward Price of St. Louis, formerly of Sullivan, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the age of 48 years.
Bruce was born in Sullivan, Missouri on June 25, 1966 to Margaret Ann (Hankins) Price and the late Luther Price. He was a graduate of Sullivan High School Class of 1985 and later attended Maryville University attaining a para-legal degree. He was employed until recently by the Volgler Law Firm. Bruce lived in the Delmar Loop District and was involved in many of the ongoing activities there. He was known as a soft hearted individual who was caring to all and loved his dog Riley.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Price of Sullivan; three brothers, Timothy Price and wife, Debbie, of Waterloo, Illinois, Louis Price of St. Clair, Missouri and Luke Price and wife, Mary, of St. Ann, Missouri; two sisters, Cindy Price and Laura Schmidtke and husband, Roy, of Bourbon, Missouri; and beloved friend Ryan Thompson of St. Louis; other relatives and friends. Along with his father, Bruce was preceded in death by a brother Jeffery Price.
Graveside memorial services were conducted at 11 a.m., on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Sullivan with Pastor Scott Perry officiating. There will be no visitation.
