Patsy Jo “Pat” Wideman

Patsy Jo “Pat” Wideman of Bourbon, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the age of 72 years.
Pat, as she was known by her family and friends, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 8, 1943 to the late Milo Henry and Mary Martha (Adair) Hutschreider. She was a long time employee of Aerofil Corporation in Sullivan working in Human Resources and eventually retired from there.  Pat enjoyed collecting music boxes and playing the piano.  She recently took up the art of crocheting.  On January 14, 1978 Pat was united in marriage to Randolph (Randy) Wideman.
She is survived by her husband Randy of the family home; a son, Chris Rogers and wife Renee of Peculiar, Missouri; step-son, Scott Wideman and wife, Dayna, of Sullivan, Missouri; two step-daughters, Angie Bogert and husband, Gary, of Sullivan and Teresa Goodman and husband, Randy, of Leasburg, Missouri; three grandchildren. Nathan Rogers and wife, Jessica, Colten Wideman and Rachelle Roe and husband, Kevin; one great-grandson, Johnathan Rogers; other relatives and friends.  Along with her parents, Pat was preceded in death by a son Curtis Rogers.
A memorial gathering of family and friends was held from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.  Memorial funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m., Friday evening at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Scott officiating.  Expressions of sympathy may be made to Retinitis Pigmentosa  (RP) research.  Friends may sign the family’s on-line guestbook at www.eatonfuneralhome.com
