Judy Angel of Sullivan, Missouri passed away at her home on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the age of 72 years.
Mrs. Angel was born on October 5, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to the late Robert B. and Daisy M. (McClintock) Alexander. She was raised in the Kirkwood, MO area and later graduated high school there. On June 24, 1961 she was united in marriage to William D. Angel at Kirkwood, MO and to this marriage four children were born. She had worked in various vocations but her main devotion was that of a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was known as an excellent cook and enjoyed crafting, crocheting and needle point. Mrs. Angel enjoyed dancing and in her younger years and was a professional tap and toe dancer.
She is survived by her husband, William D. Angel, Sr. of the family home; two daughters, Laura Vonk and husband Hank of Owensville, MO and Heather Angel-Wood and husband, Ed, of Sullivan; two sons, Bill Angel, Jr. and wife, Brandie, of Villa Ridge, MO and Robert Angel and wife, Katherine, of Sullivan; one brother, Robert Alexander of Springfield, MO; 15 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
A gathering of family and friends was held on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. from the Eaton Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, 301 Sappington Bridge Road, Sullivan, MO.
